Return Policy
To start a return, please contact Jalger@algerinc.com or call us directly at (512) 267-0383. Please note that returns will need to be sent to Alger Inc at the following address:
320 Flightline, Lago Vista, TX 78645
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label (UPS), as well as shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Warranty Claims
Items being returned under Alger Inc warranty claims will be evaluated upon receipt in our offices. In the event of failure of the product, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following options:
- If it is determined the defective part is easily replaced, a new replacement part will be sent to the customer.
- Otherwise, the defective unit will need to be returned to our office (we will provide the UPS shipping information and cover the cost of the return) for repair or replacement pending our evaluation of the issue.
This warranty does not include the cost of removal or reinstallation of said product or any contractor fees associated with a repair that is done on site. We do not charge any labor costs for warranty repair on units that are returned to our office for evaluation/repair/replacement.
Refunds
For customers requesting a refund of a product they ordered, the product must be returned in its original packaging and must not have been used or installed. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be refunded your original payment less a possible restocking fee not to exceed 10% of products original cost. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Jalger@algerinc.com or call (512) 267-0383.
